Makes 1 Serving



2 Teaspoons Coffee-mate Sugar Free French Vanilla Powdered Creamer
1 Teaspoon Instant Coffee Granules
1 ½ Ounces Light Vanilla Soymilk
1 ½ Ounces Vodka
2 Teaspoons Sugar-Free Calorie-Free Vanilla-Flavored Syrup


  1. In a glass, combine creamer and coffee granules with 2 ounces warm water, and stir to dissolve.
  2. Add soymilk, vodka, and syrup, and then stir it up.
  3. Add many ice cubes and enjoy.

2 Teaspoons Coffee-Mate Sugar Free French Vanilla Powdered Creamer
1 No-Calorie Sweetener Packet
1 ½ Ounces Vodka
¼ Teaspoon Peppermint Extract
Optional Garnish: Small Candy Cane

  1. In a glass, combine powdered creamer and sweetener with 1 ounce warm water.  Stir to dissolve.  Add 1 ounce cold water.
  2. Add creamer mixture, vodka, and extract to a shaker filled with ice.  Shake well and then strain into a martini glass.  If you like, garnish with a candy cane leaning jauntily on the rim!

6 Ounces Light Orange Juice Drink
1 ½ Ounces Tequila
1 Teaspoon Sugar-Free Calorie-Free Raspberry-Flavored Syrup


Pour juice drink and tequila into a glass filled halfway with ice.  Stir to mix.

Add syrup and gently swirl.  Enjoy.

6 Cups Water
¾ Cup Sugar
¾ Cup Thawed Limeade Concentrate
4 ½ Teaspoons Unsweetened Instant Tea
½ Teaspoon Almond Extract
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Medium Orange, Sliced
1 Medium Lemon, Sliced
1 Medium Lime, Sliced
Ice Cubes

  1. In a 2 quart pitcher, combine the water, sugar, limeade concentrate, instant tea and extracts.  Add fruit slices.  Serve over ice.

¾ Cup Frozen Sliced Peaches (From 16-Ounce Bag), Partially Thawed
2 Containers (6 Ounces Each) Vanilla Thick & Creamy Low-Fat Yogurt
3 Tablespoons Chai Tea Latte Mix (From 10-Ounce Package)
½ Cup Fat-Free (Skim) Milk
Ground Nutmeg, If Desired

  1. In blender or food processor, place all ingredients except nutmeg.
  2. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.  Sprinkle servings with dash of nutmeg.


Tip:
An Indian specialty, chai is simply a blend of tea, milk and mild spices.

Homemade Irish Cream

Homemade Irish Cream
Makes 3 ⅓ Cups



1 Can (12 Ounces) Evaporated Milk
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
½ Cup 2% Milk
¼ Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
1 Tablespoon Instant Coffee Granules
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
¼ Teaspoon Almond Extract

EACH SERVING:
½ Cup Brewed Coffee

  1. In a blender, combine the first eight ingredients; cover and process until smooth.  Store in the refrigerator.  For each serving, place coffee in a mug.  Stir in ⅓ cup Irish cream.  Heat mixture in a microwave if desired.


Note: Irish whiskey may be added to this recipe if desired.

2 Peppermint Candies, Crushed
Ice
¼ Cup Vanilla Vodka
1 Tablespoon Peppermint Schnapps
¼ Cup White Chocolate Liqueur
  1. Dip the rim of a martini glass in marshmallow topping then crushed peppermint candies. Drizzle some marshmallow topping on inside of glass; place glass in freezer.
  2. In a shaker with ice, add vodka, schnapps, and the liqueur. Shake until mixed; pour into prepared glass. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint.

Chocolate Indulgence Martini

2 Chocolate Wafer Cookies
Chocolate Syrup, For Drizzling Inside the Glass and theRim
Ice
2 Ounces Store Bought Chocolate Milk
1 Ounce Vanilla Vodka
1 Ounce crème de Cocoa
  1. Place the chocolate cookies in a large baggie and pound with a rolling pin or wooden mallet until fine crumbs are formed.
  2. Coat the center of a small plate with chocolate in a circle. Sprinkle the crushed chocolate wafers over the chocolate syrup on the plate.
  3. Turn a martini glass upside down and dip the rim of the glass in the mixture and spin back and forth, until the rim is coated.
  4. Drizzle some chocolate syrup inside the glass, forming a swirling design and place the glass in the freezer.
  5. In a shaker with ice add the chocolate milk, vodka and crème de cocoa. Shake well.
  6. Remove glass from freezer.
  7. Strain mixture into glass and serve.
